Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling

When should I expect my order?

We aim to process all online orders received by 9am on the same working day.
For orders placed after 9am we aim to process the next working day.
Orders placed after 9am on a Friday will be processed on the next working day, i.e. Monday.

Small Items: such as individual horse wormers, worming tablets and flea treatments are sent by Royal Mail First Class.

Royal Mail First Class aims to deliver your goods within 1-2 working days, however this is not guaranteed. Most small items are packaged to allow your postman to deliver your order through your letterbox.

Large Items:  or orders over a certain value are sent by CARRIER COMPANY Next Day.

CARRIER COMPANY do not operate on weekends, therefore orders sent on Fridays will not be delivered till Monday. These parcels will require a signature on delivery. If delivery is not successful the first time, a card will be left instructing that you can  arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time.

Shipping anywhere in the U.K. is £2.75 for orders under £50. FREE delivery over this figure.

International Delivery Charges APPLY

Please be aware that any goods lost/held/destroyed by customs will not be eligible for any refund. Please check with your customs authority before placing your order.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is INCLUDED. All other orders are VAT free and VAT will be deducted before despatch.

Credit Card Security

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Our Commitment To Privacy

HADRIAN Ltd do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. Data collected by this site is used to:

a. Take and fulfil customer orders
b. Administer and enhance the site and service
c. Only disclose information to third-parties for goods delivery purposes
d. To keep buyers up to date with products and services offered by us.

Consumer Rights

If you are contracting as a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products.  In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with our refunds policy

To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing . You must also return the Products to us as soon as reasonably practicable, and at your own cost.  You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.

The provision of this clause does not affect your other statutory rights as a consumer.


If you return a Product to us:

Because you have cancelled the Contract between us within the seven-day cooling-off period  we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of your notice to cancel the Contract or (in the case of Products that have already been sent) within 30 days of receipt of the returned Products.  In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full, and any applicable delivery charges. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.  If you would like us to arrange a courier collection you must contact us by telephone and we will arrange the collection.  There will be a £10 charge for returns by courier that you ask us to arrange.

For any other reason we will examine the returned Product and will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time of our intention to either (at our discretion) replace the defective Product or provide you with a refund.  In the case of a refund, we will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective Product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
